After my little trip to Manchester for my birthday, I started to think about the time I spend alone, and how much of that time is good for me and how much of it is isolation. I don’t believe you can spend too much time with yourself however, I do believe from my own experience and a level of self-awareness that it is important to note when the time we spend with ourselves is a form of isolation. Time alone highlights your insecurites and your confidence all at once!
