When the whole subscription box hype came about, I won’t lie I wasn’t very interested. The ones I had seen people unboxing didn’t really appeal to me. I saw a lot of products both me and my bank account would agree I couldn’t justify purchasing.
I am quite picky with what I put on my face, however, when it comes to my hair I am more inclined to try something new.

I started to see several subscription boxes both created by black women, and some specifically created for women of colour. That’s when I started to gain an interest in the subscription box hype.

A great theme for a subscription box service. I’ll definitely be watching to see what they will be including in their boxes in the future.

Hiya Lydia! Glad you came across my post. I would recommend treasure tress as they have been around for longer and they host amazing events across the Uk. I feel like it’s more than just a box with treasure tress it’s an experience.

Nice I’ll try them out! What about for skin care? Which one of them would you recommend? I wanted to try glossybox but thought I’d look into a black owned one instead.

Hm for skin care I’ve not tried any subscription boxes. I would go to my skin care and beauty post for some black owned skin care recommendations. I really like the soap connoisseur
