What’s your skincare must-have during this cold season? 🧖🏾‍♀️ . This cold weather normally makes my skin feel and look tired and dull, but I've been glowing lately and I think it's down to having a better skincare routine. When you have a mind and several notebooks filled with ideas and projects how do you figure out what to do? . This year I have so many plans to give back to you beautiful people, to continue growing in all areas, to continue learning and feeding all that knowledge back to you. I am also aware that burn out, overdoing it, procrastination and overthinking is real. Do you journal? 💫 . I’m attempting to journal every day as part of a task I've been set from my last CBT session. It’s not always easy, sometimes I avoid having to think about how I’m feeling and sometimes I just forget 🙈Something I've been told to do to make it easier to fit into my day is to start with just writing three sentences. if after a few weeks that goes well, add another sentence, then a paragraph, then two and before you know it you have a whole page filled with your thoughts.
